Day of coordination includes rehearsal, ceremony, and reception.  Consultations with you via telephone, email, texts, and meetings. Discussion of theme, color, style, and wedding design. Sharing vendor referrals in each category that fit your event style, budget, and dreams. Our mission is to provide you with suggestions and guidance in making your final selections.

Week of Coordination - $1250
Week of coordination allows the bride who is organized and worked hard to plan her unique, personal wedding to enjoy every moment of her special day. She and her mother, maid of honor, and attendants will experience a stress free day with the guidance, direction, and care of our professionals. Schedules permitting; we can manage phone conferences with vendors, or meetings if needed, a review of contracts and Banquet Event Orders, verifying all commitments from vendors, sites, and timelines is included. Of course, Day Of Execution for your very best day!

Month of Coordination - $2,100
Our month of coordination is for the bride who wants to plan her own wedding, but would appreciate qualified guidance, referrals, and advice throughout the planning process. The bride would like to hand over the responsibility one month prior to the wedding and allow us to confirm and verify all commitments from vendors, venues, and timeliness. This would include site visits, reviews of contracts, meetings with your vendors, confirmations of Banquet Event Orders, and trouble shooting any and all changes that might need to be made.

Full Service Planning & Coordination - $3,395
From start to finish we will accommodate all of our couple’s needs. Helping to select and hire venues, menus, vendors, decor, styling your wedding, ceremony design, reception timeline and events, and any and all rentals. We will execute all plans and dreams until our newlyweds depart to start their married life.
